RULES & REGULATIONS

• Participants must follow all COVID norms and practices
• You can enter as a solo or as a group of 5 (maximum)
• The topic/ issue should be real, ficticious subject will be disqualified
• Entries should be in the form of a video clip
• Your video clip has to be maximum 2 minutes long
• The file must be in Mp4 format and size should be 250MB maximum
• The film can be shot on your mobile (horizontally) or a camera
• The film should be neatly edited
• The film should have a title and must have a map indicating the reallocation
• At the beginning of the film, please put a black plate and mention the following details in white:
– GDP Talks
– Talking Talukas- Rural Youth Rising 2021
– Salcette
– Lost In Bylanes- Title
– Name of the participant(s)
– Faculty I Stream
– Name of your College
• Footage that belongs to you I shot by you must be used.
• GDP Foundation, GDP Talks, GoaBylane, Demerg Systems and Internship Station is not responsible for any copyright infringement.
• All necessary required Tech support for registration will be extended by the designated coordinator of the respective colleges and their IT department will ensure that entries are uploaded successfully, GDP Foundation will not be held responsible for the same.
• Entries could be in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Konkani only.
