1. Can I change my Bucket/Category after registration?
A: NO. Once you have registered, it is non-transferable to any other category.
2. Why is my email Id not getting accepted?
3. After registering, how much time do I have to submit my category solution?
A: The last day to submit your solution is 15th May 2020.
4. Why have I not received any acknowledgment/receipt?
A: It may take a few minutes to a few hours (depending on the applications) to receive your acknowledgment mail/receipt. If you haven't received it within 24 hours after registration, don't worry. Please contact us.
5. Why does my Log-in page keeps loading?
A: If your login displays a loading screen for a long time, it means your account hasn't been activated yet. It takes a few minutes to a few hours after registration for your account to get activated. The other reason could be the internet connectivity. Please check the internet speed once. If the problem persists, we are there for you.
6. Why do I see a blank screen after I log in?
A: We are all facing a connectivity issue. So don't worry. It might take a little more time to upload than usual. Just make sure you are getting a stable internet signal and your device is in the full range of network.
7. Why am I not able to upload the template?
A: Please make sure you are uploading files with .ppt and .pptx extension only. Also, make a note the ppt should be less than 5 MB only. Once submitted, you cannot replace or update the template.
