While battling the pandemic Covid the lockdown has bought our Goan economy on ventilator ,with mining shut down ,we had Tourism but even that has gone for toss ,if we don’t rock the boat the side effects of lock down will have terrible impact on our fragile economy ,as it is our fiscal health is also fragile .
