A) EMERGING TRENDS – PROGRAMS / PROJECTS FOR PG/UG STUDENTS

The GDP Foundation keeps abreast of emerging trends/opportunities. It builds niche/unique values added courses, certifications which enable the UG/PG students to get a competitive edge and enhance their employability.

Last year we conducted certificate courses in “Palliative Care” ( 53 students enrolled and successfully completed the same.

The foundation also was invited as “Strategic partner” to value at the SBSI (Swacch Bharat Student internship) program of Goa University, about 28 colleges were covered under our Mentoring program.

The GDP Foundation has launched SPEED – Social Platform for Engagement & Entrepreneurship Development. SPEED is initiated to build, test and refine social entrepreneurship ideas. Under SPEED, the GDP Foundation has built a SOCIAL STARTUP/ ENTREPRENEURS’ BANK comprising 68 social startup/business ventures/entrepreneurship projects that have immense potential to spring up as a social startup. You can support this initiative by sponsoring an idea and help an entrepreneur’s vision see the light of the day.

The GDP Foundation’s CSR-Incubator is a unique, innovative, pioneering platform for curating CSR ideas for industries, corporate, media houses, philanthropists and NGOs. The CSR- Incubator will help you to create a research-based positive, sustainable impact

Currently, the CSR-Incubator is grooming 27 social startups/ business ventures/entrepreneurship projects that are ready for investment and CSR funding. If you are a CSR head, investor or then a Philanthropist, take a look at 27 out of the box social startup ideas.

The GDP Foundation is not into lip service. We are neither into event management or photo-optics. We are into understanding what Felt Needs are. And with your support, we surely can walk that extra mile and make this society a better and a happy place.

We are mentoring bright ideas and eager minds. We have arranged for cash awards, seed funding or prototype funding in our little way. But we would love to have you on-board and help give these ideas the much needed financial assistance and get the ball rolling.

In today’s uncertain times, we need to give more importance to happiness and well being.
What is crucial is to up our Happiness Index. GDP Talks aims to do just that.

GDP Talks is a platform where we share and connect. This GDP Foundation’s attempt to build a well being, happiness and positivity movement. Through this endeavor, we plan to explore the subtle things that can make life a pleasurable experience.

GDP Talks will showcase short videos, webinars, research articles, discussions, debates, deliberations on a wide array of topics like women empowerment, social startups by youth, community issues, welfare, inclusiveness, art, culture and literature.

It is a community platform to engage the world to inspire and get inspired by the ordinary. This platform is managed by Goa Bylane.
